What to expect

Each 90-minute session focuses on a different part or system of the body, allowing you to feel, release, and awaken your own movement intelligence.
Primal Reclamation
Humans have danced together for centuries. This is community, connection, and joy reclaimed - a playful, embodied reminder of our shared rhythm.
