Nature Therapy

To truly return to ourselves, we must return to nature - for the two are one and the same.

Nature Therapy is not just a practice; it’s an act of reciprocity, belonging, and care.

In my sessions, we let go of time and enter a liminal, held space -  a place where the edges of ordinary life soften, and we can meet both nature and ourselves with curiosity, presence, and reverence.

Through guided invitations, whether movement, sensory exploration, reflection, or ritual, we deepen our relationship with the living world and with our own embodied experience.

Nature Therapy is a form of activism, too: a reminder that when we reconnect with the earth, we remember

our interconnection,

aliveness

and agency.

and agency.

In these sessions, we honor our bodies as part of the animate, breathing world - moving, sensing, and listening together.

Here, you are invited to slow down, attune, and rediscover the innate intelligence of your body, your mind, and the land.

You’ll leave feeling more rooted, enlivened, and connected to yourself, to the earth, and to the living web of life.
