Come home to the woman you were before the world told you who to be.

Do you ever feel like you’re living a life that doesn’t quite feel like yours?

Moving through the days disconnected, tense, or going through the motions while something deeper longs to be felt?

You might be craving more meaning, more connection, more presence yet feel unsure how to access it. Perhaps you feel distant from your body, overwhelmed by stress, or untethered by major life transitions.

If you recognise yourself here, you’re not alone.

Earth Body Spaces exists to support this return.

Through somatic coaching, forest therapy, and somatic dance, I offer body-centred, earth-rooted practices that support you to expand your nervous system capacity, release held patterns and rebuild a sense of safety and trust from within.

Rather than fixing or forcing change, we listen to sensation, to movement, to the land, and to what wants to emerge.

What might become possible if you lived from your inner truth?

If your body became a compass, guiding your steps?

If you could meet life feeling grounded, empowered, and fully yourself?

Ways to journey with me

Whether you’re craving gentle reconnection, deep transformation, or embodied community, there are several ways we can journey together:

Somatic Coaching

One-on-one or group support to deepen self-awareness, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate embodied resilience through mindful attention to sensation, emotion, and movement.

Forest Therapy

Slow, guided experiences in nature that restore the nervous system, deepen ecological connection, and awaken our innate sense of belonging to the Earth.

Somatic Dance

A movement practice rooted in sensation, intuition, and expression inviting the body to speak, release, and remember joy, fluidity, and freedom.

Hi, I’m Mia -  the Heart behind Earth Body Spaces.

My path back to myself began with returning to what felt most essential: the Earth, my body, and community.

For many years, I struggled to feel truly connected to my body, my purpose, my authentic expression, and the natural world. I often felt disconnected, searching for a sense of belonging and clarity that felt just out of reach.

It was through somatic and nature-based practices that something began to shift. Not through fixing or forcing change, but through listening, slowing down, and remembering what was already there.

These practices have been deeply transformational for me. They helped me reclaim a sense of grounding, trust, and belonging - within myself, in relationship with others, and with the Earth. From this place, I found the courage to make choices that aligned with my life in a way that felt true, rooted, and embodied.

This work isn’t theory.
It’s lived. It’s experienced. It’s shared.

It comes from my own journey of remembering - through my body, in relationship with the land, and alongside others. It’s collective by nature, shaped by practice, presence, and real human experience. Offering this work is the most honest and authentic thing I can give.

I am a certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide, Somatic Coach, and Somatic Dance Facilitator, and I am currently training in Authentic Relating

At the heart of what I offer is a simple belief: when we slow down and come back into relationship - with the land, with our bodies, and with one another - we access a deeper intelligence that knows how to guide us toward meaningful, aligned lives.

I create spaces that are grounded, real, and alive spaces where curiosity is welcomed, the body is listened to, and people can reconnect with their innate wisdom. It is my passion to support others in remembering who they are, cultivating resilience, and stepping forward with clarity, trust, and a deeper sense of belonging.

What my clients are saying...

After the session I felt so much trust in my body and I felt empowered and supported and resourced enough to listen to my body and to honour it in the decisions I was making.

FAQ's

I’ve never done somatic work before. Can I join?

Absolutely! Most of my clients are complete beginners.
Somatic work is not about knowing how to move or express; it’s about learning to notice your body gently, at your pace.
I meet you exactly where you are.
Every practice can be adapted for your comfort, and you never have to share or do anything you’re not ready for.

What if I struggle to feel anything in my body?

Numbness is a body response, not a personal failure -  and it’s incredibly common.

We work slowly, with safety first, to support your body to open your own pace.

What actually happens in a somatic session?

Somatic sessions are co-created - meaning we shape the session together based on what you’re feeling, needing, or curious about that day.
Your body is the guide, not a protocol.
My role is simply to support you in meeting the truth, wisdom, and clarity that’s already within you.

Every session is personalised and may include:

• gentle movement or intuitive micro-movement
• breathwork for grounding or release
• guided visualisations and imagery
• emotional processing or felt-sense exploration
• parts work
• grounding + regulation techniques
• simple journalling prompts
• authentic-relating

You are always in choice.

You can pause, slow down, or redirect at any time.

In a somatic session there is nothing to “get right”  its an invitation to be curious and listen to your body -  gently, safely, and at your pace.

What if I don’t know my purpose or what I want?

That’s exactly why this work exists.
Purpose is not found by thinking harder, it’s remembered through the body.
Together, we uncover what your body, heart, and intuition have been trying to tell you.

Are sessions suitable if I have anxiety, stress, or burnout?

Yes - somatic work is especially supportive for these experiences.
We work gently to help your nervous system come out of survival mode and back into safety, presence, and clarity.

How do I know whether to choose 1:1 or group work?

Choose 1:1 if you want:
• personalised support
• deeper emotional processing
• tailored practices
• privacy
• transformational depth

Choose group if you want:
• community
• shared experience
• relational healing
• structure and accountability
• a lower investment with high impact

Both are powerful - it simply depends on your season of life.

Do I need to live in Jersey?

All 1:1 sessions, group containers, and the 6-month journey are available online.
